What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rhythmandroots025@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
When will I get my order?
We partner with premium print providers and automatically route your order to the nearest fulfillment center, ensuring top-quality products delivered in the shortest time possible.
**Standard shipping** takes 2-5 business days
**Express shipping** (available for select items) delivers in 2-3 business days.

Where are your products manufactured?
Your item is custom-made just for you as soon as you place your order. To reduce carbon footprint and get it to your door as fast as possible, it is printed and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are the product images on your website real photos?
Some images are AI-generated to provide a consistent and enhanced visual representation of our products.
